1. WEBSITE HOLDER
The domain https://digitalismissio.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and its related content, in whole or in part (collectively referred to as “Content”, including all photographs, products, gadgets, and other materials available on the Website), are owned and/or operated by the Dicastery for Communication (hereinafter referred to as “DPC”), located at Via della Conciliazione No. 5 (00120), Vatican City, Vatican City State. 2. PURPOSE
These Terms of Use are intended to inform visitors to the Website (hereinafter “Users” or, individually, “User”) who access the Content available on the Website that such Content is owned by the DPC or third parties from whom the DPChas obtained authorization for its use. These Terms also outline the rules of conduct Users must follow while browsing the Website and using its Content, as defined by the DPC.

3. CONTENT AND UPDATES
The Content available on the Website is that which was uploaded as of the last update. These Terms of Use may be supplemented and/or modified by the DPC, which governs product orders placed through the Website.

Access to and viewing of the Website’s Content is provided free of charge to Users and is intended solely for personal use and/or enabling purchases. Reproduction of Content for purposes other than personal use is expressly prohibited. Users are not authorized to modify, distribute, or transfer the Content, even partially, from this Website, as further specified herein. Access to and use of the Website and its Content must comply with principles of good faith and fairness, respect morality, and public order. Users are expressly prohibited from using the Content for commercial purposes or for activities contrary to law, morality, or public order. Transfer of the Content to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Users, or their legal representatives or guardians in the case of minors or incapacitated individuals, are solely responsible for proper navigation of the Website and use of the Content in accordance with these Terms of Use. Users agree not to:

(III) damage the physical or logical systems of the DPC, its suppliers, or third parties, including through the introduction of computer viruses or other harmful systems;
(IV) attempt to access, modify, or manipulate the email accounts of other Users.

Users also agree not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes or engage in conduct that could harm the image of the Holy Father, the Holy See, the DPC, or third parties.

Links to Website Content or DPC profiles on external websites, blogs, forums, or social networks are strictly prohibited without written authorization from the DPC. If unauthorized links are detected, the DPC reserves the right to take action to remove them and notify the relevant authorities.

Users who detect improper or inappropriate use of the Website may contact the DPC using the channels specified in Section 8.

6. DPC DISCLAIMER
The DPC disclaims all liability for:

  • Content not created by the DPC or improperly associated with its name or trademark;
  • Information on third-party websites linked to the Website;
  • Security issues caused by viruses or outdated browser versions;
  • Damages resulting from improper use of the Website by Users.

The DPC is not responsible for interruptions, disconnections, or network malfunctions that may disrupt access to the Website.

These Terms apply to Website access via mobile devices. The User is responsible for any data charges imposed by their operator. The DPC is not liable for restrictions, interruptions, or reduced functionality caused by device limitations or network issues.

10. REGISTRATION
Users may register to access specific activities or services. Required registration information is detailed in the Privacy Policy. Payments may be made by bank transfer, excluding applicable duties, taxes, and fees, which remain the User’s responsibility.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vatican City State. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Vatican City State.
